Thank you for your interest and participation in the recent informational hearing on title insurance that was held by the Pennsylvania Insurance Department on May 28, 2009. We hope to have a transcript of that hearing posted to the department’s Web site in the near future. An e-mail will be sent to you advising you when the transcript has been posted. In addition, we are extending the deadline for written submissions. The cut-off date for submissions will be two weeks from the date the transcript is posted to permit parties to reference the transcript in their comments, if desired. Please send all written comments or submissions to ra-in-consumerliaison@state.pa.us. Please note that, at the time the transcript is posted to our Web site, we anticipate also posting any testimony or submissions that have been received to date. Any submissions received after the transcript is posted will be posted after the deadline for submissions has passed.
