And BTW - wonder if her boss, the attorney, sternly objected if anybody asked HIM for good funds. Why, he's an ATTORNEY for criminy sake....... or used to be.

I believe there is word for this and it is chutzpah. I'm sure Ms. Proctor's criminal defense lawyer said to her: "Try it, what do you have to lose." If she loses the suit she will have civil judgments filed against her and will be paying off (?) the debt for the rest of her life..
